Things are a little different, with your safety and comfort in mind.
Make sure you book online. We can no longer accept drop-ins.
You can book in for our online classes too! Make sure to pick the “I’m staying at Home” class, so we know to send you the zoom link. If you’re booking a space in class pick the “I’m coming to class” IN PERSON Class option.
Please bring your own mat and props with you, or you can hire one of our mats for £2.
If you have flu like symptoms or a temperature, let us know as soon as you can so we can cancel your space.
Class spaces are limited to 6, so nab yours quickly!
Arriving at the studio
We ask you to wait outside until class is due to start. We’ll come out to get you when we are ready. Please queue to the left of the studio door.
We’ll take your temperature and ask you to sanitise your hands.
Please leave your belongings outside of the studio, including your shoes and coat. Your valuables can be placed at the back of the studio.
You can wear your mask at any time to make you feel safe. We will be wearing ours to move around the studio but not when teaching.
Your mat space will be clearly marked, so lay your mat out and get settled.
Please clean your hands before and after using the bathroom.
Please wait on your mat as leaving will be staggered.
Please provide us with any feedback at a safe time. If you feel it is easier to email, please do.
Please roll up your mat and sanitise it at home. Any borrowed mats will be sanitised and left for 3 days before being used again.
